Best and Worst Looks From Reign Season 2

Now that season two has ended for Reign, I’d like to take a look back at the fashion of the second season. Adelaide Kane of course gets the best dresses being the Queen and all, but Anna Popplewell, Celina Sinden, and Caitlin Stasey did decent this season. One comment I have to say is that I did not choose these dresses on historical accuracy.  I don’t think Mary Queen of Scots and her ladies would have worn any of these, though some are more likely than others. Best Looks

This cloak is beautiful in color and style! Lola looks gorgeous!

The delicate beading (at least I think it is) on this is fantastic!

I do have a thing for shiny, sparkly things! Love!

The most appropriate outfit I’ve ever seen Kenna in.

This is one of the more historically accurate outfits Mary wears.
Love the maroon color on her!

I’m not in LOVE with this, but it suits Kenna well enough!

Oh I love when they’re matchy matchy!

Not in love with the frills at the front, but it make Claude actually
look like a Princess for once!

Love the cut in the front, elegant and clean!

All of these dress suit them very well!

Once again, I love red, so I’m gaga over this outfit!

I want a cloak with feathers!

Love, love, love this dress! The embroidery is so marvelous!

I’m not in love with the style, but the colors of them look fantastic!

Now Claude truly looks like a Princess!

Adore the star crown and earrings! The cut of the dress is wonderful
as well!

Floral patterns are splendid on Lola! Those earrings are fab!

Stunning! Love the leaf pattern on the sheer top!

Everything about this is elegant! Especially the shoulder lace!

Sea green looks the best on Kenna, the beading is lavish!

This image really make me want to see Lola (Anna Popplewell) go
all Merida on Reign!

Greer really does look like Cinderella in this dress!

They don’t often put Mary in pastel colors so I was really excited
when I saw this dress!

Stunning! Gorgeous! Marvelous! I’m in love!

This dress is a plain without being boring or dull. Clean and simple!

Mary’s dress I just adore! Greer’s dress the jury is still out on.

The colors remind me of the Lannisters, but Mary still looks
lovely as ever in this dress!

Is it just me or are their group dresses always better?

The gold and green sunflower design is sublime!

Lola you look practically perfect in purple!

Love the sleeves on this dress. And the belt is a nice touch as well!

By far my favorite dress of the season! It’s no where near historically
correct, but Mary looks luminescent in gold!

Worst Looks 

Why the polka dots?!?! It’s too busy!

The color and design of the fabric aren’t doing much for her.

This cut isn’t helping Claude at all!

The bottom of Kenna’s top looks ratty and Lola’s pink, orange,
and yellow mix is too much for the eyes!

Did someone call for a nun?

I’m calling this one DBL. Death by lace!

Didn’t know there was a red light district at the castle…

What’s with the 1970’s flower child shawl?

I have no problem with this dress other than it looks like she
forgot to pull it down, but I’m sure it was sown like that.

This cloak is hideous, she looks like wallpaper!

The 70s are back! Kenna maybe hitting the disco later!

The cut and design aren’t doing much for poor Greer.

They have Quinceaneras at the castle?!?

The cut is nice, but it’s too plain for the Queen of France and Scotland!
